NRE Systems operates the advertising and measurement infrastructure reachable through nresystems.com and our partner placements. We review this Policy regularly and may update it by publishing a new version on this page — the date at the top of the page always reflects the most recent revision.

02What we do not collect

We do not collect personally identifiable information ("PII") through our services. PII includes things like your name, home address, phone number or email address. Our platform is identity-free by design.

03What we do collect

We offer services that help advertisers and publishers show relevant content to the right audience. To make that possible, we process non-personally identifiable information ("Non-PII") about how people interact with ads, placements and pages served through our network. Non-PII typically includes:

• Browser type, version and language
• Operating system and device category
• The domain of the website being visited
• The page on which an ad is shown
• Approximate geolocation at country or region level
• Anonymous identifiers used to deduplicate and frequency-cap

This Non-PII is collected using cookies, pixels and similar technologies. A cookie is a small file placed on your browser; a pixel is a short piece of code used by a website or ad server to register an interaction. Neither is tied to your real-world identity.

Cookies set by our partners, service providers or third-party analytics vendors are covered by their own privacy notices. We do not control those cookies and have no access to the data they collect beyond what those partners choose to share with us.

04How we share information

Because we do not collect PII through our services, we do not sell, rent or share PII with third parties for their own purposes.

We may share the Non-PII we collect, and data derived from it, with our customers so that they can run measurement, optimise campaigns and deliver more relevant creative to the right audience segments. Information shared in this way cannot be used to identify any individual person. Every customer is contractually required to use the data they receive in compliance with applicable law.

We may also disclose information to competent authorities where we reasonably believe we are obligated to do so by law, or in order to investigate, prevent or act on suspected fraud, abuse or threats to the safety of any person.

Cookies and similar technologies let us and our partners deliver a more relevant experience, but you are always in control.

No method of transmission over the internet is ever fully secure, so while we work hard to protect information at all times, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

07Children

Our services, products and websites are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under the age of sixteen. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact [email protected] and we will remove it.

Our website and our ad placements may link to third-party websites. A link does not mean we endorse the destination. We do not control the content or privacy practices of the sites we link to, and you should review their own privacy notices before providing any information.

09Unsolicited email

We do not send unsolicited email messages that could reasonably be considered spam.

10Change of control

If another company acquires all or substantially all of our assets through a merger, consolidation, asset purchase or similar transaction, we reserve the right to transfer the data in our possession or under our control to the acquiring party, subject to standard confidentiality safeguards.

11United Kingdom and European Union

Where the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 or the EU GDPR apply, NRE Systems acts as a data controller for information collected through its own websites and as a data processor when handling information on behalf of our customers.

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to, or port the personal data we hold about you, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
